The need for an Innovation Lab was identified by the Technology Innovation Department within MTN. The main purpose is to create a creative innovative environment for the imaginative team to develop new products/services for the Mobile industry for to create new revenue avenues.

The Innovation Lab is an enabler of bringing ideas to life and solves problems through efficient methodologies, facilitation and group collaboration.

The intent of the design is to assist in reinforcing different thinking; it will be a showcase for innovation.

This area is not only used by the Technology Innovation Department, but also by any department that wants to brainstorm ideas.
