Our client wanted to expand his footprint in KZN offering a unique and innovative paint retail concept to a second store in Umhlanga. The brief was for a stylish home-away-from home paint shop which offers advice and personalized service on paint related products. The store offers a welcoming, homely ambiance, which allows customers to visualize what their choice of paint would look like on their walls at home and a creative environment to inspire visitors.

The Paint Expert shop concept is modeled on helping customers achieve a paint result rather than a paint purchase. It is about giving the client an inspirational, in-store experience and providing them with comprehensive information about paint and its application.
