ADC DATA CENTRE – CPT 1 Expansion
The client brief required three new data halls with a combined 5-6 MW IT capacity, featuring efficient cold aisle containment, redundant chiller systems, and Tier III security, including dual-factor access and extensive monitoring.
ProjectWorks responded with a streamlined design balancing security, efficiency, and aesthetics. Data Halls 3, 5, and 6 support both hyperscale and colocation with secure cages and up to 360 racks each, while our durable, accessible materials ensure low maintenance.
We also designed versatile office spaces with open-plan layouts, boardrooms, and quick-meet rooms, all with high acoustic privacy and staff amenities. Built within a 30-year-old former textile factory, the project involved unique challenges. Structural upgrades like carbon fiber reinforcement and new concrete floors fortified the existing building, while BIM modeling enabled the precise installation of large equipment through narrow passages, ensuring seamless integration of all mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
